Death row inmates Dahlia and Lucian are recruited by a top-secret laboratory program, forcibly becoming involved in an underground bunker bent on human experimentation and shadow-government control. In a cutthroat world where escape isn't an option, these inexperienced scientists must navigate the bloodthirsty world they live in and learn to survive its perils. It is a grisly, brutalist science-fiction, psychological horror, and social commentary, with elements of comedy horror at its beginnings.
